SPRING FORWARD SMOOTHIE 
makes 1 LARGE smoothie or 2 smaller smoothies

1 ½ cups dairy-free milk
½ cup pea or broccoli sprouts
¼ teaspoon ginger powder or 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon tumeric powder or 1 teaspoon fresh tumeric
1 handful spinach
1 green apple, core removed
3 kale leaves
½ lemon, juiced
dash of cayenne pepper
ice
