Our film, Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things, hits U.S. theaters next month (international details coming soon). We hope you’re as excited as we are! If so, we’d love to get you involved: today, April 4, 2016, marks the start of our Minimalism Poster and Wallpaper Contest, which runs until release day, May 24, 2016.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1. Download and print the film’s poster (below), and then write the city, theater, and date of your nearest screening on the poster.
Step 2. Hang the poster somewhere interesting in the real world (example). The more imaginative, the better. (Note: you can “hang” it somewhere unique in the digital world, too, if you’d prefer.)
Step 3. Post a photo of your poster(s) on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram with the #MinimalismFilm hashtag. If you post more than one poster, each poster will count as one entry into the contest (so post as many as you’d like).
Winners. Every week we’ll select three winners based on our favorite postings. Each winner will receive autographed copies of all three of our books. We’ll also repost a few of our favorites—th…
