Hello, my friends! I had quite the weekend up in NYC for my future sister-in-law Morgana’s bachelorette festivities! The city that never sleeps lived up to its name, that’s for sure. 
Before I get into my weekend recap, I wanted to share that my Nutrition for Runners co-author shared a great case study on his blog last week from a runner who tried our program! Click here to read the post and hear how Aaron went from thinking he wouldn’t be able to do another marathon to "hardly ever feeling tired." So exciting to hear we are helping runners make eating healthy and fueling right easier and way less complicated – no calorie counting necessary!

Morgana is marrying Matt’s younger brother Drew in a month, and it was a blast to get to celebrate this weekend with her and her friends. I hadn’t met any of the other girls until this weekend but everyone was really friendly and welcoming – it will be so fun to see them all again at…
