Will they judge me or think I look stupid we wonder, and we may do something other than what we want based on what we assume they’ll think.
You’ve done it, and so have I. I’ve had clients tell me they didn’t want to deadlift at the gym because they were afraid of “looking stupid.” We may dress a certain way because it’s how we assume others expect us to look.
